Dr. Hilary Ibe is a career civil servant with a sense of responsibilities, holding higher position as, Director, Finance & Account, Federal Ministry of Agriculture. He works with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Veterinary Council of Nigeria. He is qualified Chartered Accountant, holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration, PHD in Accounting, specialized in public sector budgeting. He is married with 3 children.

Deacon Nnamdi MacDonald Onwuvuariri

Director of Administration/Operations

He is a retired principal and professionally qualified and trained teacher as well as a Deacon, with knowledgeable experience in Psycho-social aspect.

He has brought to RUWOF experience to support and empower the vulnerable Widows, youths andorphans in Nigerian States.

Mrs Rose Ibe (General Secretary)

Madam Rose has vast experience in social development and business ethics, she is a qualified, trained teacher. she holds Degree in Economics. married with a stable family.

John Okiror Odougo

Organization Development Advisor/Fund-Raiser

John is a Ugandan by nationality; he has brought to Rural Widows and Orphans Foundation Inc. Vast experiences in socio-economic empowerment to the Widows, Orphans and Vulnerable Children in the entire country of Nigeria Sub-Sahara Region, he is the Organization Development Advisor/ Fund-Raiser, employed by United Kingdom (UK) based charity organization.

John is trained and qualified with Masters in Peace and Conflict Resolution, Bachelor in Development Studies Degree, Postgraduate Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation of Makerere University, Postgraduate Certificate in Research and Project Management from Centre of Basic Research Institute, Diploma, Majoring in Accountancy from Institute of Accountants and Commerce of Uganda, Advanced Certificate in Capacity Building and Strategic Techniques from Royal Roads University, Canada and Certificate in HIV/AIDS, Strategic intervention from Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative Reproductive Health Centre for Diseases and control among others.

A teacher by profession. Vice principal at Secondary Technical School Umuezegwu, Ihite/Uboma L.G.A in Imo State. He is the Rural Co-ordinator for rural widows and Orphans foundation (RUWOF)
